30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-Day Return Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

-Returns (if applicable)

 

If an item needs to be returned, the customer must contact us at@XXXXXX.com first to obtain a return authorization number. Without requesting return is not accepted .

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

There is no return for any parts that have been used, modified, painted, or installed.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please send a video and photo of the situation at hand, if applicable.

 

-Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once we have received the product and make sure and reviewed your inquiry, and let you know if the refund request is approved or not .If the refund is approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Damaged, installed, or deformed items will not receive any credit.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

1 Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

2 Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

-Exchange  (if applicable)

 If you received the wrong item from what you ordered, please contact us ASAP so we can help with the exchange process.

Exchanges, due to wrong fitment, on the buyer's end, will NOT be accepted

There is no exchange for any parts that have been used, damaged,  modified, painted, or installed.

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective.

Special order items can only be returned or exchange if they have manufacturer defects.

If applicable, Please send a video and photo of the situation at hand to speed up the entire process.

-Return Shipping Cost

Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
